The Team: Meet the Company

Kevin

Chair / Director

Kevin joined the Dilys Guite Players (DGP) as a front of house volunteer in 2010. He eventually got over his nerves and auditioned. That began a journey that has seen him perform in and direct many, varied, productions. He was asked to join the DGP Board in 2013 and to become the chair. He loves being part of The Lantern family and appreciates the value of creating a true community experience for everyone involved.

Damon

Development Director

Damon has had a career in the visual arts since 2010 and is currently Deputy Curator at Yorkshire Sculpture Park. After getting married at the theatre in 2018, he later joined the board of the DGP as Director of Development with the passion to support the charity’s objectives and secure funding to keep it running for future generations. With a particular interest in supporting smaller, independent arts charities, Damon looks to broaden engagement and raise public awareness in the region about the historic importance of the building and its mission.
