Blithe Spirit

by Noël Coward
The spirits leave this world
It's hypnotic
I'll be loving you...
Consulting the crystal
Elvira... Ruth... are you there?
It's not working
It's really not working
Canan as Ruth
Ruth begins to believe
How are those flowers floating?
Trying to summon the wives again
Sharon as Madam Arcati
Are you really here?
Before the nightmare begins!
Elvira has a dastardly plan....
Is there anybody there?
What's going on?
Madam Arcati needs a drink
Elvira is coming...
Edith isn't great with the tray
Vivienne as Mrs Bradman
Madam Arcati
Another kind of spirit

Matt Medlock

Matt has appeared on the Lantern stage in many productions including Macbeth, The Crucible and Shakespeare: Method In The Madness (which he cowrote with Shakespeare himself). Matt has been a member of the DGP for over five years, in which time he has undertaken many roles, both on and off stage. His love for the Lantern Theatre and the DGP family grows with every production and he is grateful to be part of such a wonderfully supportive and professional team.

Sharon Fenwick

Sharon's relatively brief theatrical experience has already been diverse. It includes performing in comedy thrillers Deadly Nightcap and Play On, playing a male socialist activist in the classic The Ragged Trousered Philanthropist, Miss Furnival in Peter Shaffer's Black Comedy, Aphrodite the queen of heaven in the Greek Tragedy Psyche and Eros and last but not least a Plentymorefish in Salman Rushdie's Haroun and the Sea of Stories.

Vivienne Mager

Vivienne began acting at school as a member of Fagin’s gang in Oliver Twist, and went on to play the ballerina in The Red Shoes. Also, whilst at school she loved being in the chorus of Joseph and His Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Jesus Christ Superstar. At college she played the love-lorn Shirley in I.T.M.A. and the love-torn Sally in Cabaret. After a break she returned to acting in films, most notably as Mary in the semi-autobiographical Frankie’s Chair. Vivienne has appeared in several DGP productions now including The Importance Of Being Earnest and The Merry Wives Of Windsor in 2017's anniversary production.
